Payment Information:
Final payment is due 7 days prior to charter date, unless other arrangements have been made.
For immediate tours full payment must be received at time of booking.
Payments can be made to 1770 Environmental Tours Pty Ltd by Cash, Credit Card or Direct Deposit
Cancellations:
Cancellations made one week prior to departure – Fully Refundable
Cancellations made 78 hours prior to departure – 10% Cancellation fee
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to departure - 20% Cancellation fee
Cancellation inside 48 hours or No Show on day of tour - 100% Non-refundable(Exceptions may be made in some circumstances)
If a tour is cancelled by 1770 Environmental Tours due to rough weather or mechanical failure the tour is fully refundable.
In the event of a cancellation by 1770 Environmental Tours we endeavour to issue as much notice as possible and appreciate your efforts to do the same.
