Cancellations made inside 24 hours prior to departure - 20% Cancellation Fee
Cancellation or No Show on day of tour - 100% Non-refundable (If cancellation is due to legitimate reasons - sickness etc.. we are happy to offer a voucher to the value of the cancelled tour valid for 6 months)
If customer wishes to transfer tour booking on day of departure - $12 per person transfer fee (to cover catering costs)
If tours are cancelled by 1770 Environmental Tours due to rough weather policy or mechanicle breakdown, tour is fully refundable.
